Recently entrepreneurship has very important role in economic development of countries. Present study based on applied and survey methodology. 25-item questionnaire designed to collect data is used. Research community, entrepreneurs who are active in the field of cultural businesses. Also, the sample size was calculated 217 based on Morgan table. Techniques used to analyze research data, exploratory factor analysis in order to classify the FACTORS identified and confirmatory factor analysis aims to verify the research model has been used. Data analysis results show 23 FACTORS in 5 dimension include public information, personal ability, marketing ability, cultural attitude and awareness of environmental resources impact on cultural entrepreneurial SUCCESS.

The shipping industries are facing large volume of data exchange among port stakeholders, and port inefficiency in data exchange leads in high costs and delays. Appropriate technical infrastructure for data exchange leads in higher efficiency. To elevate the speed and efficiency, the electronic port provides both the possibility of data exchange in web and the possibility of automation of processes related to vessels, containers and etc. The solution which is used today is port automation or creation of electronic port which provides an appropriate software and hardware ground for data exchange, uniformity and automation of processes. In fact, in this context, the speed of good and container clearance grows significantly and the customer problems drastically decrease. In the present paper, the CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS ((CSF)) in the creation of electronic ports in foreign ports, and models that provide the necessary infrastructure have been studied. The Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) sector is adopting Building Information Modeling (BIM) in public and private organizations worldwide. The public sector plays an essential role in inducing and encouraging the implementation of BIM in the industry. However, there is a lack of comprehensive and integrated research on the CRITICAL FACTORS for enterprise-scale BIM adoption in government agencies. The primary purpose of this study is to provide a framework to analyze the CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS ((CSF)s) of BIM implementation in Iranian government organizations. This method includes a comprehensive literature review, an exploratory study in three Iranian government institutions, and a survey conducted with 68 Iranian experts involved in admissions to public organizations. The methods used to analyze the FACTORS are Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) and the DEMATEL method used to analyze the relationships and interactions between the FACTORS quantitatively. The results include the proposal of sixteen (CSF)s and a model's development. Finally, the creation of a framework for adopting BIM by government agencies according to BIM contexts prioritized (CSF)s and levels of analysis. The main contribution of the current research is a proposed framework for BIM adoption, which includes a comprehensive and integrated approach based on a set of (CSF)s from Iranian government organizations and a greater understanding of contractual, regulatory, technical, procedural, and political characteristics for the public sector.

Small and Medium Enterprises development policy by cluster approach program is a new method to attempt to industrial development goals in developed and developing country in the world. In the last decades in some of country such as Iran concentrate that programmed. Industrial development program by cluster approach need some measurable factor for control and assessment. Program's control must be defining some measurable index that shows achievement results. This technical paper first of all, analysis the native source of this context and then indicate some of CRITICAL SUCCESS Factor in small and medium enterprise development by cluster approach. In this case impact of any factor asses by some expert that involved in cluster development in Iran industries. These experts named cluster development agent have been selected our statistical sample plan and have been filled and ranked the questionnaire form. After that information transfer to soft ware base on Analytic Hierarchy process (AHP). The output of this soft ware has been ranked CRITICAL SUCCESS Factor for Iranian cluster development approach.

Introduction: Given the ever-increasing importance and value of information, providing the management with a reliable information system, which can facilitate decision making regarding planning, organization and control, is vitally important. This study aimed to analyze and evaluate information needs of medical equipment offices.Methods: This descriptive applied cross-sectional study was carried out in 2008. The population of the study included the managers of statistic and medical records at the offices of vice-chancellor for treatment in 39 medical universities in Iran. Data were collected using structured questioners. With regard to different kinds of designing information systems, sampling was done by two methods, BSP (based on processes of job description) and (CSF) method (based on CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS). The data were analyzed by SPSS-16.Results: Our study showed that 41% of information needs were found to be CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS of managers of office. The first priority of managers was "the number of bed and bed occupancy at hospitals".Of 29 identified information needs, 62% were initial information needs of managers (from the view points of managers). Of all, 4% of information needs were obtained through the form, 14% through both the form and database, 11% through the web site and 71% had no sources (forms, databases, web site).Conclusion: Since 71% of the information needs of statistic managers had no information sources, development of information system in these offices seems to be necessary. Despite the important role of users in designing information systems (identifying 62% of information needs), other scientific methods is also needed to be utilized in designing information systems.
